Idriss Qibaa - The Stalker Who Sold Fear OnlineIdriss Qibaa - The Stalker Who Sold Fear Online
In this week’s episode of Sins & Survivors, we step into a different kind of crime story—one that doesn’t begin with a weapon or a getaway car, but with a login screen.
Idriss “Dani” Qibaa, a self-styled online “fixer,” claimed he could recover hacked social-media accounts, unban users, and offer protection from digital takedowns. But behind the glossy façade of his company, Unlocked4Life, investigators say he built something far darker: a web of intimidation, extortion, and digital stalking that reached across multiple states.
From his base in Las Vegas, Qibaa promised desperate influencers, small businesses, and public figures that he could make their problems disappear—for a price. What many didn’t realize was that the same man offering to “help” often controlled the very chaos they were trying to escape.
When the FBI Las Vegas Violent Crimes Task Force began connecting reports of threats, hacked accounts, and exposed personal data, they uncovered a pattern that blurred the line between online fraud and real-world fear. And in one of the strangest turns we’ve covered, much of what they learned came straight from Qibaa himself—through an unguarded interview on the No Jumper podcast, where he openly described the tactics that would later lead to his arrest.
In the episode, we unpack the investigation, the culture that allowed it to thrive, and the thin barrier between internet power and personal safety. More importantly, we talk about how to protect yourself: from phishing and “account recovery” scams to data leaks, stalking, and home-title fraud.
It’s a reminder that digital threats don’t just live online—they follow real people home.
